My start in education began with putting together silly little gear reviews. They ranged from tongue in cheek to absolute slapstick off the walls, but always took a lighthearted look at the gear that helps filmmakers tell their stories.
Part of Michael’s tenure at Story & Heart’s Academy of Storytellers was the creation of the “Filmmaker’s Glossary”, which is a quick and easy to watch video dictionary of all the cryptic terms used in the world of filmmaking.
Here, I define the oft-abbreviated term of Digital Image Transfer and its different colloquial uses in the industry.
